From the region of Catalonia, Spain comes this range of traditional terracotta vessels for cooking and serving food.

Terracotta has been used for cooking since pre-Roman times. Once formed and high-fired it is able to be used just like any steel pan, over direct heat or in the oven or microwave.

Unlike steel the organic properties of terracotta helps to improve the flavour of the food that is cooked in it.
